Cancellations

While there is no option to cancel the order as we process the orders within 24 hours post order
confirmation you can get in touch with customer support team for a cancellation request. In such a case
we will refund any payments already made by you. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any
customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole
discretion could cancel such orders.

Returns & Refund

Orders once placed & processed through syncoffice.com may not be cancelled or refunded.
In the event the Customer is dissatisfied with the quality of the product/service, the Customer shall be
entitled to seek cancellation or refund of the billed amounts. However, if there is any shortfall in
delivery of the product/service, please contact our customer care within 24 hours of the order.
The decision of syncoffice.com on completion of such investigation shall be final, binding and conclusive
on the Customer and the customer shall not dispute the same.
